Write to the bench. Tell us what you are hoping to wear, and we will clear a compartment in the tray. Talk
The studio is a working bench rather than a showroom floor, so visits are arranged by appointment. Send a message through the form below, or reach BGA Beauty LLC directly at beauty@bgabeauty.mom and +19797662253. We answer every note within one business day and we read every detail before the first reply.

Three quick questions
Do I need an appointment to visit?
Yes. The studio is a single bench, so fittings and intake are scheduled. Email or call ahead and we will suggest a time when the sample tray is free and the board is clear.
Can I mail a piece for repair?
Yes. Send it to the studio address with a note describing the fault and a phone number. We inspect it on arrival, send a short written report, and wait for your approval before any work begins.
How soon will I hear back?
We reply within one business day, usually the same afternoon if the note arrives during studio hours. A detailed commission may need a second message once the first questions are answered.
Appointments for bridal fittings and for seasonal gift boxes fill earliest, so BGA Beauty LLC asks that you reach out early at beauty@bgabeauty.mom or +19797662253 and let the studio hold a slot on the bench chart.
Before you write
A few details that make the first reply faster
Measurements, dates and photographs
A neck or wrist measurement taken with a soft tape saves an entire round of messages. If you are planning around a date, include it in the first note so the studio can check the calendar before promising a schedule. A photograph of an existing piece, a dress or a color you love tells us more than a paragraph of description, and we are happy to receive several images.
If the piece is a repair, describe where it failed and whether any beads are missing. Mention any metal sensitivity, any beads you want kept no matter their condition, and whether the length should stay the same. None of this is required to start a conversation, but it helps the bench plan the first hour.
